Recently I attended an all-day wellness workshop run by Shane. This included an excellent seminar presentation, practical workshops, and delicious morning tea and lunch.
The information Shane shared was about a holistic approach to wellness, combining nutrition, exercise, breath work, meditation and more. That sounds like a lot, but the way Shane presented it has given me a few really simple practical tools that I have easily incorporated in my daily routine. The workshop was a few weeks ago, and I am still finding it simple to keep the practices going. I can feel the benefit physically and mentally.

Dr Shane Gregory is a man that understands what it takes to transform suffering and pain into purpose, peace and true flow. For years he battled with anxiety, depression, psychosis and drug addiction.
Instead of choosing the standard medicated mental health solution, he forged a new path studying personal training, remedial massage and eastern medicine.
This led him to completing his Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture, masters in Chinese Herbal Medicine, a second Masters in Medical Qi Gong while practising Tai Chi, past 9 years under the Chen Family lineage.
All of this combined with his powerful personal transformation, 18 years working in rehabs and running clinics, he is well equipped, dedicated and passionate about helping others on their path to personal freedom using his Way of Wellness Method.
